It's a show all about growing up, finding out who you are, and dealing with the problems you face. This show doesn't even focus of sexuality, there are other themes within this program (like the consequences of drinking and drugs, dealing with abusive boyfriends, what to do when faced with sexual harassment, which I'm sure is important to expose people to in case they fall in these situations).
